Immigration advice in Arabic, from a licensed consultant
Immigration decisions affect your whole family. Understanding every question, document and deadline matters, and so does being able to explain your situation in your own words. Aman Debesay, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB, CICC College ID R1056136), provides consultations and representation in Arabic, English, and the other languages of our practice.
We work with Arabic-speaking families and newcomers from Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Iraq, Egypt, Eritrea and across the Arab world across Canada and abroad. All consultations are online through Zoom or Microsoft Teams, so you can speak with us from anywhere.
Services in Arabic
- Refugee claims and IRB hearings: your Basis of Claim story, told accurately in your language.
- Spousal and family sponsorship and family reunification.
- Express Entry and the Alberta PNP for permanent residence.
- Work permits and study permits.
- Visitor visas and Super Visas for family visits.
- Citizenship and PR card renewal.
Why your language matters in an immigration case
- Refugee claims: small misunderstandings in a story can look like inconsistencies at a hearing.
- Family applications: relationship evidence and family histories must be consistent across every form.
- Peace of mind: you can ask every question and understand the answer, without relying on relatives to interpret private matters.
Documents in Arabic that you submit to IRCC or the IRB generally need a certified translation into English or French. We will tell you which documents need translating and how.
